The Classic Bass Champions Tour, the Midwest’s most exciting and prestigious bass tournament trail is proud to announce we are providing an opportunity to nine graduating seniors from the Student Angler Tournament Trail (SATT) to qualify for the 2025 Champions Tour.
The top nine graduating seniors from the 2024 SATT Team of the Year point standings will fish head-to-head, in the Champions Tour style event, where every legal bass count, where the winner will qualify for the 2025 Champions Tour. The Senior Classic Bass Battle, winner will be qualified for the Tour and be sponsored by the SATT for the season, giving this young angler the opportunity to fish against some of the best anglers in the Midwest.
“We are very excited to announce the “Senior Classic Bass Battle” event, that we have worked to develop with the Student Angler Tournament Trail,” said Scott Bonnema, Owner of the Champions Tour. “The anglers that compete in the SATT events are tomorrow’s tournament anglers, and many previous participants are already among the Champions Tour ranks.”
The “Senior Classic Bass Battle” event will take place in September on a date and lake that is to be announced, where these nine seniors will be competing for a spot in the 2025 Champions Tour.
