Minn Kota and Humminbird are Helping Anglers Stay Ahead of the Game
At first we as anglers were ecstatic when we could save a waypoint on our console fish finder and it would appear up on our bow unit.

When LakeMaster Maps are displayed on Humminbird units, they can be adjusted with user input to show changing water levels and highlighted areas of maximum productivity, and shallow water hazards. This allows an angler to be more efficient while on the water, meaning spending more time fishing in productive areas and avoiding navigational issues.
A very cool feature now available is that an angler can operate their Talon(s) through their Humminbird unit. This serves as just another method the angler can deliver precise boat control and serves as a conveniently customizable control method.
With Humminbird, you have the ability to access Auto-Chart Live custom digital map data that is shared between the Humminbird unit and Minn Kota through the i-Pilot Link system enabling the boat to follow Depth contours, Vegetation contours, and Bottom Hardness contours.
