Changing the Game with the One-Boat Network

Minn Kota and Humminbird are Helping Anglers Stay Ahead of the Game

At first we as anglers were ecstatic when we could save a waypoint on our console fish finder and it would appear up on our bow unit.

Then our minds were blown, when our trolling motors, like the Minn Kota Terrova and Ultrex would communicate with a Humminbird unit to follow a contour, or a path we created.

Now with Minn Kota and Humminbird we have the One-Boat Network and anglers have a huge advantage because their Humminbird, LakeMaster, Minn Kota, and Talon products all talk to each other and share data.  This results in the angler being able to do more than if they were just running the products individually.

The One-Boat Network is most visible in the form of i-Pilot Link, which unites Humminbird fish finders, LakeMaster maps, Minn Kota motors and Talon shallow water anchors for unprecedented boat control and unmatched features.

When LakeMaster Maps are displayed on Humminbird units, they can be adjusted with user input to show changing water levels and highlighted areas of maximum productivity, and shallow water hazards.  This allows an angler to be more efficient while on the water, meaning spending more time fishing in productive areas and avoiding navigational issues.

A very cool feature now available is that an angler can operate their Talon(s) through their Humminbird unit.  This serves as just another method the angler can deliver precise boat control and serves as a conveniently customizable control method.

With Humminbird, you have the ability to access Auto-Chart Live custom digital map data that is shared between the Humminbird unit and Minn Kota through the i-Pilot Link system enabling the boat to follow Depth contours, Vegetation contours, and Bottom Hardness contours.

The ability for an angler to be highly effective on the water, can now be multiplied by relying on all the amazing products Minn Kota and Humminbird has to offer, as when they are paired together, an angler has the ultimate tool…a One-Boat Network!
