For 2018, the Classic Bass Champions Tour presented by Skeeter Boats and Yamaha Outboards, is going to host two Open Events. Both of these events will be limited to the first 100 boats and will follow the Champions Tour format, where an angler is paired with a boat official.
The first Champions Tour Open event will be held on June 30th on Gull Lake and be hosted by the Quarterdeck Resort. There is no shortage of bass in the Gull Lake Chain, so anglers fishing this event will be in for a good time!
Izatys Resort on Lake Mille Lacs will play host to the final Champions Tour Open event on July 21st. This time of year on Mille Lacs, several strategies could come into play, but regardless some big smallmouth will be caught!
First place at both of the Classic Bass Champions Tour Open events will be $10,000, guaranteed! The top six finishers at each event will qualify for the 2018 Classic Bass Champions Tour Championship, where they will be competing to win a Skeeter Boat/Yamaha Outboard set up.

2nd Place: $3,000 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
3rd Place: $2,000 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
4th Place: $1,800 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
5th Place: $1,500 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
6th Place: $1,500 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
7th Place: $1,100

100 Boats
1st Place: $10,000 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
2nd Place: $7,000 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
3rd Place: $4,000 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
4th Place: $3,500 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
5th Place: $2,700 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship
6th Place: $2,500 plus entry into the 2018 Champions Tour Championship

The top six anglers from each of the 2018 Classic Bass Champions Tour Open’s will qualify for the 2018 Classic Bass Champions Tour Championship on August 31st, where the winner will walk away with a brand new Skeeter Boats/Yamaha Outboards package, valued at over $45,000! The location of the Championship will be announced following the August 7th Tour event.
At each of the Open events, prize from Champions Tour sponsors including Minn Kota and Humminbird will be given away as well.
Each 2018 Champions Tour Open event is limited to the first 100 entries and boat numbers for each event will be based upon the order that the entry fee with completed application was received by Classic Bass. Launch order based upon the date of entry forms and payment received will be for the first half of the event. The launch order for the second half of the event will be in reverse order.

Early Entry Bonus: If you submit your completed application with entry fees for of the 2018 Champions Tour Open events by March 15th, 2018, you will be entered into a drawing to receive a credit towards one of your entry fees.
